The Westside Child Trauma Council (WCTC) coordinates community efforts in the prevention of and response to child maltreatment and trauma, and fosters public awareness and understanding of child maltreatment issues through information and education.
Our activities include: education and training around issues of child maltreatment, protocol development, and forums for dialogue; recommending improvements in services to children and families; and facilitating coordination and community support for child maltreatment programs.
Take this opportunity to join WCTC. Enjoy the many benefits of yearly membership which include: free trainings; complimentary child abuse prevention promotional items; opportunities to network with other service agencies; participate in a multidisciplinary collaborative effort of Westside professionals and local community members working to prevent child maltreatment and trauma and to foster awareness and understanding.
